Return and Refund Policy
All unused products purchased from Slackline Industries' website come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you purchased your products at a retail location or e-retailer, your return must be processed directly through the retailer. All items must be returned in the condition you received them in.
Each case will be reviewed by a customer service representative.
All returns and exchanges please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your original order number, your full name, a return address, phone number and reason for the return.
Once we receive your email, you will receive a Return Authorization number. To ensure a timely refund, please write this return authorization number on the side of the box and include it in the package. All returns/exchanges must be sent within 10 business days.
We recommend you ship the package with a carrier who is capable of providing tracking information; Slackline Industries is not responsible for lost packages.
Please note: Slackline Industries is not responsible for damage due to improper set up. If your item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear and was purchased within the 2 year warranty period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, your name, address, phone number, and purchase date.
As soon as your item is received, your card will be credited for the price of the product; this credit will not include shipping charges. If you have requested to exchange an item, your card will be charged for the replacement and likewise, credited for the original product upon receiving.
*Credit card companies differ in the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles (four to eight weeks) for the refund to appear on your statement.
Depending on volume, return/exchange turnover time can take between 2-4 weeks.
